Short Sale properties are really no laughing matter, to most.  My colleague Rob LeRoy out of our Bellingham, WA wrote a recent post about some pitfalls about Short Sales.  Kind of a funny look at the speed bumps you usually encounter in the process including timelines, communication, bank motivation and condition of properties.
